This is me and Joe Newman (left) rehearsing La Vie Breve by Manuel de Falla. We both studied at Birmingham Conservatoire but know each other from our school days in Lincoln. I'd just moved house, hence the piles of clutter around!

We had one afternoon to put several duets together for a concert at Scarborough Spa's Grand Hall, having learnt the parts separately (Joe lives in Bicester, a couple of hundred miles away). We left the camcorder running, but I only recently got the tape out again and put it onto DVD and then on the web. Hope you enjoy the piece!
